Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can offer our workspace and parking to as many people as possible, we have the following policy in place:
1. Hot Desks & Parking Spaces
• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking start time (e.g., by 8:30 AM the day before) are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your booking, no refund will be issued.
2. Meeting Room Bookings
Because meeting rooms are in high demand and require preparation:
• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please use one of the following methods:

4. Our Commitment
If we are forced to close the office or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power failure or building maintenance), we will offer you a full refund or a free rescheduled booking, whichever you prefer.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For services booked online, you generally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period, unless the service is booked for a specific date (which applies to our desk and room rentals).
